Each Hampton Lane Co piece is made to order and carefully prepared with intention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about production, dispatch, and delivery.
Production Time
All Hampton Lane Co jewellery is made to order.
Due to the personal nature of our pieces, production typically takes 1–2 weeks from the date your order is placed. This allows time for careful finishing, stone setting, polishing, and quality checks.
During busier periods, production times may vary slightly. If there are any significant delays, we will always contact you directly.
Dispatch
Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
Delivery (UK)
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
