Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every Hampton Lane Co piece is made to order, allowing us to finish and quality-check each item with care. This ensures every piece meets our standards before it reaches you.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 1–2 weeks from the date of order due to the personal nature of our jewellery. During busy periods, production times may vary slightly, but we will always notify you if there are any significant delays.

How long does delivery take once my order is ready?

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

What metal are your pieces made from?

All Hampton Lane Co jewellery is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver, and is hallmarked or stamped unless stated otherwise on the product page.

What stones are used in your jewellery?

Our pieces are handcrafted and set with AAAA-grade zirconia gemstones, chosen for their exceptional clarity and brilliance. These stones offer a shine similar to that of a real diamond, while allowing for refined, accessible design.

Does my order come gift packaged?

Yes. Every order is presented in a premium Hampton Lane Co gift box as standard.

Optional gift bags are available as an additional purchase at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before production starts.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To preserve the finish of your piece:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals

  • Remove jewellery before sleeping or exercising

  • Store in its gift box when not in use
